Shipping methods & carriers- Standard shipping-typically 5-7 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx) Expedited shipping- typically 2-3 business days. Overnight/Express 1 business day. Free shipping for orders over $60.00. Shipping is U.S. only.

Estimated delivery times- Standard 5-7 business days, Expedited 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in carrier's hands.

International shipping- Only in the United States for now,

Lost or damaged packages- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@pixelhaul.shop. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim if this occurs.
